Shipping & orders

How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is made to order, so we produce it within 2–5 business days, then ship. Most US orders arrive within 1–2 weeks total. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes β€” we ship to most countries. International delivery typically runs 10–20 business days after production. Any customs duties are set by your country.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Give it 24–48 hours to start updating.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to catch it before it goes to production.

Products

What does β€œmade to order” mean?
Nothing sits in a warehouse β€” each Tawny piece is printed fresh when you order it. That's how we keep our range curated and our prints sharp, and it means less waste.

Will the colors match what I see online?
We design everything in our signature warm-neutral palette β€” cream, caramel, and espresso. Screens vary slightly, but our prints stay true to that cozy, golden tone (never cool-grey leopard).

How do I care for my pieces?
Care varies by item β€” in general, gentle washing and air-drying keeps prints vibrant longest. Specific care notes are included with each product.

Returns & refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll replace or refund it, on us β€” just email within 14 days of delivery with a photo. See our Returns & Refunds page.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because pieces are made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns β€” so please double-check your selections before checkout. Unsure? Email us first and we'll help.

Do you offer a welcome discount?
