Every Tawny piece is made to order in our signature warm-neutral palette — printed just for you, then sent on its way. Here's exactly what to expect. 🐆

Order processing

Because your pieces are printed to order, we need a little time to make them before they ship. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Shipping times

  • United States: 3–5 business days after production (most US orders arrive within 1–2 weeks total).
  • International: 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates from our print partner, not guarantees — busy seasons and carrier delays can add a few days.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Give it 24–48 hours to start updating once you receive it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination — you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States and to most international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email us at hello@shoptawny.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
