Refund policy

Every Tawny piece is made to order, so our return policy works a little differently than a typical store.

If something's wrong, we fix it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. There's no need to ship anything back.

Made-to-order items. Because each piece is printed on demand specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or option. Please double-check your selections before checkout. If you're unsure, email us first and we'll help you choose.

Cancellations and changes. Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it goes to production.

How to start a claim. Email hello@shoptawny.com with your order number, a photo of the item (for damage or misprints), and a quick note on what went wrong. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and can take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
