Shipping policy

Every Tawny piece is made to order in our signature warm-neutral palette, then sent on its way.

Order processing. Because your pieces are printed to order, most orders are produced within 2-5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Shipping times. US orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after production (about 1-2 weeks total). International orders typically take 10-20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.

Tracking. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for it to begin updating.

Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

International orders. Any import duties or taxes are set by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or lost packages. If tracking hasn't moved in 7+ business days, or your package shows delivered but hasn't arrived, email hello@shoptawny.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
