We want you to love your Tawny pieces. Because every item is made to order just for you, our return policy works a little differently than a big-box store — here's how we take care of you.
If something's wrong, we fix it
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we'll replace it or refund it — on us. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest. No need to ship anything back.
Made-to-order items
Since each piece is printed on demand specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or option. We know that's a bummer — so please double-check your selections (and our sizing notes) before you check out. If you're ever unsure, email us first and we'll help you choose.
Need to cancel or change an order?
We send orders to production fast. If you need to change or cancel, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it's printed. After that, we may not be able to make changes.
How to start a claim
Email hello@shoptawny.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item (for damage or misprints)
- A quick note on what went wrong
We typically respond within 1–2 business days and will get a replacement or refund moving right away.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
